Why drink water?

  • Helps transport nutrients in the body
  • Helps you to focus.

Lack of water:

  • Causes blood pressure to increase.
  • makes allergies worse
  • Dehydrates skin
  • Causes the joints to be in pain since they are tired.
  • Increases the risk of heartburn + stomach ulcers
  • Causes the skin to inflame, leading to clogged pores and acne.
  • Makes you feel tired and lacking energy. Can’t focus as well.
