Steps: – set yourself up in front of your mirror. – Light your candles. Black for Protection and banishing negativity, Purple for psychic ability, hidden knowledge, spiritual power and intuition, Silver for intuition, dreams, and clairvoyance. – Meet your eyes in the mirror. use them as gates to your soul. See it and acknowledge anything you may already know about your past lives. – Say/think: “ Here is my petition, I ask for intuition; to see the things I have lost and leave them in my mind embossed. I do not wish to cause myself any more strife, Help me see my previous life.”

Supplies:
🌙 Bowl or Container
🌙 Chamomile
🌙 Amethyst
🌙 Rosemary
Steps:
🌙 Combine the chamomile and rosemary in the bowl, and set the amethyst on top.
🌙 Close your eyes and visualize energy flowing over the bowl and coming to rest on your bed, creating a layer of warmth and comfort (I prefer to visualize the energy as a dark purple color, but you can see it as any color)
🌙 Set the bowl close to your bed, and stir the herbs if you feel it losing strength or power.
