Please consider donating to my Hurricane Relief Fund, or reblog this post in support if you can’t donate any money. I’d really like to try to raise some money before the US gets hit by another hurricane.

Hope you’re having a lovely morning/afternoon/evening/night, whatever time it is where you are.

da-at-ass:

Hey everyone, near Portland the national recreation area woods, 10,000+ acres, are burning with uncontrolled and unprecedented fire. I am literally smelling the smoke from it inside the office building I am working at. This is not a poetic observation, it is a troubling one. I have gotten two pieces of commentary today on how this smoke smell is some blessing from the spirits or how the fires might be a blessing in disguise. Neither things are appropriate to send to me considering the context of Oregon’s situation. Here is a link with information on these fires and what is going on, so you can get context. Please check someone’s timeline for context, and maybe google some news, if you’re not informed on their situation and want to give them some commentary. If it “might seem insensitive” and it’s about a disaster… then don’t say it!

Hey guys I usually don’t do this type of thing but I’m really proud of my brother, so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

My brother made an overwatch video and it took him months to compile the footage and then several weeks to edit it, and it’s his first video and I’m a proud big sister so here is the link. I’d appreciate if y’all watched it and left a like or even a comment, thanks y’all 😀
