Find a pendant or trinket that has meaning to you, and is (for you) personally symbolic for protection, e.g. if I wish to create a protective amulet, I might choose a pendant shaped like a sword.
Cleanse the object to get rid of previous energies attached to it by holding it in your right hand and visualising a brilliant white light cleansing the object.
Get a burning candle, a bowl of water, incense (preferably Frankincense, Myrrh, Ginseng, Cinnamon, or Dragon’s Blood), and salt at the ready.
Hold the amulet with a string or a chain in your right hand, and sprinkle it with salt while stating out loud, “I consecrate you with the element of Earth.”
Pass the amulet through the incense smoke and state out loud, “I consecrate you with the element of Air.”
Next, carefully pass the amulet through the candle flame while stating, “I consecrate you with the element of Fire.”
Finally, depending on your spiritual preference, you can lift up the amulet above you in the air and say, “You are now consecrated in the name of the God and Goddess.” or “You are now consecrated in the name of Tetragrammaton.” or you may choose specific deities. If you wish to keep it secular, you may say, “You are now consecrated in the name of the Source/Universe.”
Cup both of your hands over the amulet and bring it close to your heart, visualising a protective white light pouring from above into the object and state, “I charge this amulet to protect “x”/me. So mote it be.”
If I want to contact higher realms or angels, I meditate with:
Celestite – it allows me to communicate with angels and receive messages. It’s also a lovely crystal for reducing fear and anxiety. For me, Celestite sounds like gentle shimmers in a moonlit pond.
Angelite – it also allows me to communicate with higher beings but works better for specifically angels, as well as reducing fear and bringing serenity. It sounds like very faint, soft voices singing with echoes that tickle your ears gently.
If I want to feel love and warmth, I meditate with:
Rose Quartz – brings compassion, peace, tenderness, and healing. This crystal vibrates softly, yet is very strong.
Blue Lace Agate – balances energy, security, communication, and confidence. If you meditate with this crystal, it feels like pleasant circular energy.
For grounding, I use the combination of:
Hematite, Black Quartz, and Jasper – these are powerful grounding crystals which will help you feel stable, secure, at home in your body, and will take away the symptoms of spaced out.
For protection, I use the combination of:
Black Tourmaline, Black Onyx, and Ocean Jasper – cleanses negative energy, protects against the influence of evil spirits, and can also aid against nightmares.

I know the islands are owned by Denmark but this reminds me so much of Iceland
The first thing that came to mind was that blob over your shoulder. It feels like some sort of seal, or something signalling your spiritual bond to something/someone else. Maybe a deity?
But now onto what concerned me. Your overall energy came out kinda purple to me. An indication of you being a person very in touch with your spirituality. But see those grey spots all over your energy? They are kind of energy blockages, but not the kind where you’re having so many negative thoughts and feelings that your system gets filled with etherical shit. It feels more like small bits of dirt that settled because your energy was too stagnant. It feels like you’re getting spots of dirt for not moving your energy around, which means you need more meditation, more witchcraft if you’re into that, a deep explosion of creative endeavours, whatever that keeps your energy moving. (did I say witchcraft?)

The gray spots make a lot of sense. I’ve unfortunately been going through a period where I have not been very active with my witchcraft, but I am trying to get back into that. And now I’m also very curious about that area around my shoulder! I’ll be looking into that as well.
